Pricing Plans Request: Converting Plans Sold Offline to Online Plans

Currently, it is not possible to convert plans you sell offline to online
plans. You cannot update existing offline pricing plans by adding a client's
payment details through the dashboard.

Workaround:

You can allow clients to cancel their existing plan and then sign up online
once their current subscription period ends.
