Request: Robokassa Commission Fee Paid by The Merchant Instead of by The Customer

Currently, if a customer on your site pays using the Robokassa payment
gateway, they are met with a commission fee they may not be expecting. This
fee is not incurred on your (the merchant's) side which, if it were, would
allow you to display a 'final' price for your customers.
